Bertelsmann environmental goals

"In order to be climate neutral by 2030, Bertelsmann has launched a comprehensive package of measures. The Group plans to reduce greenhouse gases by 50 percent, save more than 500,000 tons of CO2, switch to 100 percent green electricity and offset remaining emissions."

Vogel Druck supports this strategy and has been able to describe itself as a location- and employee-related climate-neutral company since 2022. For this purpose, we record and calculate site-related emissions (e.g. waste, natural gas and fuels) as well as employee-related emissions (e.g. business trips, employee trips to the workplace, office supplies). On this basis, we then take the necessary measures to avoid, reduce and, if necessary, compensate for them. The compensation of the unavoidable emissions is done by the financial support of environmental project: Pachama - Borneo Peatlands Project
